Engaging customers online
Marketing and sharing product knowledge with the customer
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Coordinate the ordering processes
Works hand in hand with the production department and the delivery department until the order reaches the customer.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Be able to speak Arabic and be available to join immediately
