Renewal of Vehicle licenses and advertisement licenses, of vehicle insurances and reporting of accidents to insurance agency for claims.
Overseeing the vehicle maintenance and following up with garages. Price negotiation with garages.
Managing Salik and VIP coordinating with accounts whenever recharge is required.

\xc2\xb7 Provides overall administrative and clerical support as requested from time to time by the Facility Management team & HR Team.
\xc2\xb7 To have a full working knowledge of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), monitoring of usage, and integrity of data.
\xc2\xb7 Maintains tracking record of company licenses, visas, and employee benefits and documents due to expire and ensures that is coordinated in a timely manner to all concerned individuals.
Liaising between the company and Government authorities such as the UAE Immigration Dept, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Dubai Court, Dubai Police Station, RTA Traffic Department, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
Handles all legal paperwork and documentation of a company.
Accurately prepare and process all the renewals such as Tenancy contract/ Ejari attestation, Medical, and Business Insurance.
Staying up to date, interpreting, and advising on UAE Labor law.
Requirements
2+ years of UAE experience.
UAE Driving License.
Proven work experience in the field of Administrator, Human Resources, or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
