We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Female Administrative Assistant
with at least
four years of administrative experience in the UAE
. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office operations, support management, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry
Manage office correspondence (emails, calls, WhatsApp, letters)
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory records
Prepare reports, invoices, memos, and internal communication
Assist HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, and staff documentation
Maintain organized records of contracts, company documents, and compliance files
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Support management with ad-hoc tasks and office operations
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and efficient
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
4 years of administrative experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE office procedures, documentation, and company protocols
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and basic computer applications
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Professional attitude, presentable, and customer-service oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team
