Skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Property Listings on different portals CRM , Broker pad, Email correspondence Draft Tenancy contracts; Assist in doing Ejari. Draft RERA Form A / B / I & Form F RERA Permits for advertisement. Good written and verbal communication skills Multitasking and time-management skills Greet guests as they arrive. Answer phone calls and emails from clients. Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers. File important documents and keep them well organized. Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running Candidates with minimum 1 to 2 years will be preferred.
