Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Female Administrative Assistant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing excellent support to the team, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Scheduling:

Coordinate and maintain appointments, meetings, and calendars.

Document Management:

Prepare, file, and maintain documents and records

Office Management:

Monitor and order office supplies, maintain office cleanliness, and ensure a well-organized workspace.

Data Entry:

Accurately input data into systems and maintain databases.

Travel Arrangements:

Accommodations, and transport as needed.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
