We are looking for an Administrative Clerk with at least 1 year UAE Experience in Real Estate as customer service or Admin in Real Estate company.
Responsible to organize, coordinate office administration to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. You are responsible to provide all the basic administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and all employees, other ad-hoc tasks requested.
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the CEO, agents, and internal or external clients.
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages, and routing correspondence.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Record employee attendance and maintains personnel leave balances and entitlements.
Coordinate with PRO for some related works and documents are needed for the visa application of a new employee.
Coordinate with IT personnel for some IT-related issues.
Coordinate with the marketing personnel for some work or documents they might require
Coordinate with the Developer or Building Management for company registration request
Support and maintain all office filing systems.
Procurement of office logistics, stationery, Pantry (procurement/inventory, etc.)
Coordinate office cleanliness & maintenance.
Secure office equipment for new staff.
Check office email and correspondence.
Prepares tenancy contract
Prepares invoices and receipts
Record office expenses and petty cash
Record sales and leasing per month
Take permit number in Trakhesi for social media advertisement
Place an advertisement in portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle
Make Ejari on the Ejari Portal
