About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial office support and assist with financial administration, ensuring smooth and accurate operations.
What You'll Do:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with basic financial tasks: processing invoices, expense reports, and data entry
Support bookkeeping and maintain organized financial records
Order supplies and support day-to-day office operations
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of administrative or office support experience
Background or experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Discretion with confidential financial information
