to join our growing HR and recruitment team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various HR and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office operations and general administrative duties
Support HR functions including recruitment, employee records, and documentation
Maintain accurate employee files and ensure confidentiality of all HR data
Assist with scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners when required
Prepare reports, letters, and other HR-related correspondence
Qualifications & Requirements:
Female candidate
(as per company requirement)
Must have previous relevant work experience (HR or recruitment) in the UAE
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Salary & Benefits:
