Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts cum Sales Executive to join our team. This dual-role position combines accounting responsibilities with customer relationship and sales support duties.

Accounting Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, and data entry



Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable



Assist with monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations



Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and payment follow-ups



Maintain accurate records of transactions in accounting software (Tally Prime.)



Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required



Sales Responsibilities:

Support the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and customer proposals



Communicate with clients to understand their needs and follow up on leads and inquiries



Build and maintain strong customer relationships



Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets



Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse) to ensure timely order delivery



Maintain a database of customers and update sales records regularly



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field



1-2 years of experience in accounts and/or sales support roles.



Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.



Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.



PREFFERED LOCATION : SHARJAH

VISA STATUS : ON SPOUSE VISA
