Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Accountant cum Receptionist who can create a professional and welcoming front desk environment while supporting the Accounts team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Greeting clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and courteous demeanor and managing check-ins with efficiency. Managing a multi-line phone system to answer and redirect calls promptly while maintaining professionalism. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company's commitment to high standards. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents or reports for meetings. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports. Post journal entries, reconcile bank statements, and support month-end closing activities. Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, including invoice processing and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
