We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accountant cum Administration Coordinator to manage all financial transactions and Administration work Coordinator to join our team, Our office located in Umm Al Quwain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization and ensuring smooth functioning of accounting and administrative tasks.
Tele calling sales experience is an advantage Key Responsibilities: Manage all accounting entries, , Maintain and update records, databases, and other administrative systems Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner Assist with organizing and managing events, including meetings, workshops, and conferences Manage office supplies and inventory, and ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly Support HR with onboarding and off boarding processes, including preparing and distributing relevant documentation Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization Requirements: Candidate should be need experience in accounting Proven experience as an Administration Coordinator or similar role Proven experience as an Administration Coordinator or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
