Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting activities (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
Handle project costing, budgeting, and WIP reporting
Track job costs, variations, and project profitability
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
Process payroll and subcontractor payments
Ensure VAT/tax compliance and statutory reporting
Coordinate with project and procurement teams
Support audits and financial controls
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years' experience in construction / fit-out / furniture industry
Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control
Experience with accounting software and Excel
Knowledge of VAT and local tax regulations
