Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and build long-term partnerships.
Strategic Planning:
Create and implement business development strategies focused on driving financial growth and customer satisfaction.
Sales & Negotiation:
Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients, prepare sales proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts to close new business deals.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure the successful execution of sales plans. Produce reports for management to track progress and meet corporate goals.
Training & Mentoring:
Provide training and mentorship to junior sales professionals to enhance their skills and improve sales performance.
