Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Opportunity Identification:

Research industry trends and identify new markets, potential clients, and strategic partnership opportunities to expand the business.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and build long-term partnerships.

Strategic Planning:

Create and implement business development strategies focused on driving financial growth and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Negotiation:

Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients, prepare sales proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts to close new business deals.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure the successful execution of sales plans. Produce reports for management to track progress and meet corporate goals.

Training & Mentoring:

Provide training and mentorship to junior sales professionals to enhance their skills and improve sales performance.

Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Negotiation & Closing Skills:

Proven ability to negotiate and close deals to drive revenue.

Strategic Thinking:

Capacity for strategic planning and identifying market opportunities.

Market & Product Knowledge:

A strong understanding of the company's products or services, the market, and competitors.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and MS Office suite.
