We are currently recruiting for a Training & Development Manager. This position is responsible for planning, coordination, implementation, management and evaluation of all aspects of the Training and Development programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will be responsible in strategic planning and funding acquisition initiatives for the F&B industry that contribute to achieving industry goals in both primary agriculture and food and beverage manufacturing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, develop and supervise program content to meet the human resource and training needs of the F&B industry (food and beverage manufacturing and primary agriculture sub-sectors)
Contract and supervise trainers to deliver approved educational and human resource programming for the F&B industry (food and beverage manufacturing and primary agriculture sub-sectors)
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Post-secondary degree or certificate in Education, CACE and/or equivalent education and experience
A minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the field of adult education, training systems, learning systems/theories
Must be knowledgeable in the F&B industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing, proposal development, and presentation and facilitation abilities
