Job Description

Oversees daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high guest satisfaction by managing staff, maintaining service standards, controlling inventory and costs, and enforcing health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include training and scheduling staff, handling customer complaints, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and ensuring efficient operations
