Job Description

Job Summary:
The F&B Service Supervisor oversees daily dining operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and adherence to quality standards. They lead service staff, handle guest concerns, and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Supervision:

  • Train, schedule, and supervise servers, hosts, and bartenders.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff follow service standards.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
2. Customer Service Excellence:
  • Greet guests, handle reservations, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Address complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
3. Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily service, including opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene/safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
4. Inventory & Financial Control:
  • Assist in managing stock levels (cutlery, glassware, napkins).
  • Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
  • Minimize waste and optimize resource use.
5. Compliance & Safety:
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies (e.g., HACCP).
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol-serving laws (if applicable).
