Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Manage daily operations, including scheduling, training, and staff performance.
Monitor and maintain service quality standards across all F&B outlets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
Control operational costs and manage inventory effectively.
Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement in service and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within F&B operations (hotel/restaurant).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards and hospitality best practices.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
