Job Requirement: The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving guest needs by assisting with Food & Beverage order from the kitchen & bar and completing guest requests. The main responsibilities of the F&B Service Expert will include:

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Greet and escort guests to their tables.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Make suggestions based on their preferences.
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
