We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented

F&B

Runner

to join our front-of-house team. As a Runner, you'll be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring that the dining area is clean and organized, and facilitating communication between the kitchen and waitstaff.

Key Responsibilities

:

- Deliver food and beverages to guest tables promptly and accurately.

- Ensure that tables are clean and ready for new guests.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and delivered correctly.

- Assist waitstaff by refilling drinks, removing empty plates, and checking in on guests to ensure satisfaction.

- Provide assistance with menu knowledge, answering questions and offering suggestions when necessary.

- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

- Respond to guest requests or relay them to the appropriate team member.

- Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

:

- In-depth knowledge of Greek cuisine and menu offerings.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Polite, attentive, and customer-oriented demeanor.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

- Food Safety Certificate required.

Experience Level

:

- 1+ year of experience in food & beverage service, preferably in fine dining or themed restaurants.

Serving food and drinks promptly and accurately to guests: 1 year (Required) Cleaning and resetting tables promptly for incoming guests: 1 year (Required) Working with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery: 1 year (Required) Assisting waitstaff by refilling drinks and clearing plates: 1 year (Required) Handling guest requests or relay them to team members: 1 year (Required) Greek cuisine: 1 year (Preferred)
