Role: F&B Procurement Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: F&B and Retail
Immediate joiners only (visit/cancelled status)
:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing F&B and retail products from approved suppliers. Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately. Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and deliveries. Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock. Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to support cost-effective purchasing Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documents. Liaise with F&B, Retail, and Finance departments to fulfill procurement needs. Track supplier performance and report any delays or quality issues. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards. Prepare regular procurement reports and assist in budget tracking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
