Oversee daily kitchen operations
Manage kitchen and service staff schedules and performance
Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control
Coordinate with delivery, logistics, and procurement teams
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
Maintain daily reports and operational records
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of F&B operations and food safety standards
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
