Our client is well-established UK F&B brand which is expanding in the UAE. We are recruiting a UAE / GCC experienced marketing and brand manager from the F&B sector to join their Dubai team.
The successful candidate will be a creative and data driven performance marketing specialist who has extensive experience in creating and leading 360\xc2\xba marketing campaigns for digital, social and print media.
Role Summary
Online and offline strategies and roadmaps for brand awareness and positioning, web, email and print communication, restaurant launches, seasonal events, P0S and display collateral, loyalty reward programs and community management.
Own the omni-channel marketing calendar for print and web and email campaigns.
Identify target audiences and increase social media following and develop campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
8 - 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 online and offline marketing experience in a B2C fast-growth environment, developing and executing marketing plans for audience growth and brand loyalty - experience of working in a similar role in the F&B sector is mandatory.
Demonstrated deep experience in increasing brand visibility, lead generation and nurturing, segment marketing, advertising, email marketing through SEO, SEM and PPC.
Strong commercial and financial acumen to analyze and report the ROI for the annual marketing spend using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends.
Experience of web and graphic design is mandatory.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
