F&B Manager
Reports to: General Manager / Hotel Manager
Job Purpose:
To oversee the entire Food & Beverage operation, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service. To ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction, profitability, and team performance while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual F&B budget, including revenue forecasting and expense control.
• Analyze financial reports (P&L) and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement innovative menus, promotions, and marketing strategies.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule all F&B staff.
• Ensure all outlets deliver consistent, high-quality food, beverage, and service.
• Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards across all departments.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu engineering and cost control.
• Drive sales and manage banquet & event operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an F&B Management role, preferably within a hotel.
• Proven track record of financial management and driving profitability.
• Strong leadership, training, and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and service standards.
• Exceptional communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
