To meet, greet and communicate to both internal and external customers in a polite, courteous and constructive manner. Entirely capable to prioritize, organize and delegate work assignments. Continuously promotes positive work relationship with kitchen staff & F&B departments. Identify situations which compromise the department's standards and address them accordingly. Co-ordinates precisely their departmental needs with other departments to the Outlets Manager Ensure guest satisfaction & service levels in all Outlets according to standards. Interacts with guests & enquires that guest contentment levels are in compliance with well established standards. Monitor guest experiences and adjust positively when necessary.

Qualifications

Young and energetic female candidates only. Previous work experience as a F&B Hostess or GRO or Receptionist in 4 to 5hotel Understanding of F&B operation Excellent communication skills (via phone and in person) Friendly and PR orientated Availability to work in shifts as needed Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift Age preferably below 30yrs Hospitality Diploma or Certificate is an added qualification

Salary QR.2000 to 2500 negotiable , Free Shared Accommodation and Free meals in the staff cafeterias
