With seating on the year-round al fresco terrace and interiors designed by artist Ana D'Castro, among the lively chatter of fellow connoisseurs, Couqley is the perfect venue for a romantic dinner or casual meal with friends.

This award winning Brasserie offers a personalized, friendly service and a selection of authentic culinary creations, to create an unforgettable culinary experience for our guests.

Takes reservations and welcome guests to the outlet. Participates in checking the daily mise en place according to the whole day service requirements. Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and provides recommendations to the guests. Carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by the Restaurant General Manager. Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for the department

Qualifications

Service focused personality is essential Previous experience in a similar role is a must Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
