Job Description
We are hiring a Hostess for a restaurant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Hostess who will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table seating
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated
- Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and services
- Maintain a smooth guest flow during busy periods
- Ensure a high standard of guest service and hospitality at all times
- Communicate effectively with the service team to support operations
- Maintain impeccable grooming and professional presentation
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests courteously
- Minimum height: 170 cm
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer service/hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with schedule: evenings, weekends, and holidays
