POSITION SUMMARY

The Cost Controller Supervisor should ensure the smooth and effective running of day to day Goods Receiving and stores operation. The ideal candidate should also assist Food & Beverage department to achieve budgeted Food & Beverage Costs and manage all aspects of Material Control and Micros point of Sale function within hotel and provide assistance when required. As Cost Controller Supervisor you are also expected to prepare Daily Flash Cost reports, conduct the inventory daily spot checks in the stores & outlets, check and approve beverage requisition. You are also expected to post Beverage and Tobacco transfer in BSS, check and post spoilage report, prepare recipe costing and pricing and review daily beverage sales report and match it with Micros. You are also expected to monitor and drive adherence to hotel's policies, walkthrough and observe storerooms overall operation and prepare Bar par sport check and short and over reporting.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's Degree holder and ideally should have around 2 years of experience in the similar role in a 5* Luxury hotel.
