Restaurant
\xe2\x80\xa2Ensures that all guests are dealt with in a professional, consistent manner.
\xe2\x80\xa2To promote good relationship to the guests and colleagues\xe2\x80\x99 control and analyzes the level on; Quality of Service, Guest Satisfaction, Employees Satisfaction Operating Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s
\xe2\x80\xa2Participate in service as necessary in accordance with restaurant/outlet needs
\xe2\x80\xa2Ensure staff grooming and personal appearance standards are met.
\xe2\x80\xa2Control stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirement of the outlets/restaurant are enough.
\xe2\x80\xa2Control breakage, waste and spoilage ensuring safe and healthy work environment for all the guests and the colleagues
\xe2\x80\xa2Conduct all administrative work required maintaining cleanliness as well as ensuring all maintenance needs are logged in and reported.
\xe2\x80\xa2Checking of expiry dates and non-dated products on daily basis
\xe2\x80\xa2Check opening and closing duties assigned to all colleagues
\xe2\x80\xa2Maintain logbook on day to day basis conduct shift briefing in the absence to the Supervisor perform job related duties and special task assigned.
\xe2\x80\xa2Ensure that F&B maintains high quality service standards performs daily checks on staffing level, quality control, maintenance, cleanliness
\xe2\x80\xa2Make sure that all open food and beverage items are dated and covered.
\xe2\x80\xa2Manage events in serving, setup, maintenance and breaking down of banquet rooms
\xe2\x80\xa2Supervises, guides, schedules and trains staff.
\xe2\x80\xa2Ability to follow directions from banquet event orders
\xe2\x80\xa2Monthly inventory of stocks and breakages.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Room Service
\xe2\x80\xa2Set up trays and trolleys as per standards
\xe2\x80\xa2Equip oneself with knowledge of "dujuor" items and "not available" items, menu preparations and presentations.
\xe2\x80\xa2Extend warm and courteous service to guests on telephone and receive their food and beverage orders through effective salesmanship.
\xe2\x80\xa2Clean and polish allotted silverware, cutlery, glassware and chinaware
\xe2\x80\xa2Execute orders in guest rooms ensuring speed, quality and personalization
\xe2\x80\xa2Clear trays/trolleys from guest rooms/floor corridors.
\xe2\x80\xa2Prepare and place complimentary fruits baskets in guest rooms.
\xe2\x80\xa2Attend to room service telephones promptly within three (3) rings.
\xe2\x80\xa2Familiarize oneself thoroughly with room service menu
\xe2\x80\xa2Take down guests\xe2\x80\x99 food or beverage order as per guests\xe2\x80\x99 requirement and display salesmanship to get greater revenue
\xe2\x80\xa2Note down KOT/Check, follow up on orders
\xe2\x80\xa2Fill up summary sheet
\xe2\x80\xa2Enter in the logbook any complaints, delays, suggestions
\xe2\x80\xa2Note down outlet reservation in the reservation register of each closed outlet.
\xe2\x80\xa2Make KOTs/Checks from door knob orders
\xe2\x80\xa2Ensure that an absolute degree of courteousness and warmth is maintained when conversing with the guest.
\xe2\x80\xa2 F&B Administration
\xe2\x80\xa2Perform, as directed, routine clerical and administrative tasks, including typing, filing, generating and distributing correspondence; recording, transcribing and distributing minutes; handling mail and producing all necessary documents.
\xe2\x80\xa2Provide administrative support, manage reservations, handle special orders, and accommodate special requests from customers, as directed, on a daily basis, including holidays and special events, for the restaurant outlets.
\xe2\x80\xa2Maintain daily, monthly and annual calendars for the food & beverage department heads, providing daily time management support.
\xe2\x80\xa2Respond to inquiries regarding each program and event
\xe2\x80\xa2On-site attendance at all programs and event
\xe2\x80\xa2Full event production and management of all assigned events and additional special events throughout the year
\xe2\x80\xa2Manage budget for each event
\xe2\x80\xa2Negotiate and secure venues, work with catering managers on all event Logistics-F&B, AV, Set, event time-line
\xe2\x80\xa2Work with marketing on event promotion, signage and materials
\xe2\x80\xa2Work with vendors and negotiate prices for all items
\xe2\x80\xa2Research potential vendors and venues
FINANCIAL RETURN
  • Maintain cash float & reconcile daily
  • Assure accountability for cash float issued.
\xe2\x80\xa2Comply with and ensure adherence to all of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures
\xe2\x80\xa2Comply with all occupational health and safety policies and procedures
\xe2\x80\xa2Attend all scheduled meetings
\xe2\x80\xa2Possess a thorough knowledge of operations, cashiering and telephone policies and procedures.
\xe2\x80\xa2Ensure that all irregularities are reported to the immediate supervisor.
\xe2\x80\xa2Coordination with the following:
\xe2\x80\xa2Front Office for arrival, departure, VIP information, group information house count.
\xe2\x80\xa2Housekeeping for fresh linen, uniforms, flowers and cleanliness
\xe2\x80\xa2Kitchen personnel for placing and pick up of guest food order.
\xe2\x80\xa2Stewarding for supplies of silverware
\xe2\x80\xa2Bars for beverage requisition
\xe2\x80\xa2Stores for material requisition RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
\xe2\x80\xa2Comply with and ensure adherence to all of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures
\xe2\x80\xa2Comply with all occupational health and safety policies and procedures
\xe2\x80\xa2Attend all scheduled meetings and carry out required actions.
\xe2\x80\xa2Communicate and follow through with concerned departments to address any and all hygiene, maintenance, IT, human resources, financial and communications issues.
\xe2\x80\xa2Delegate workload to subordinates fairly and consistently while continually striving to improve product and service delivery
\xe2\x80\xa2Conduct regular supplier reviews in accordance with company guidelines to ensure the hotel achieves best quality and best price in all dealings.
\xe2\x80\xa2Maintain a good working relationship with all staff and colleagues throughout the hotel and sister properties.
\xe2\x80\xa2Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
