F&b Banquet Sales Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive banquet and event sales to meet and exceed revenue targets Develop and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate with the F&B and Events teams to ensure successful execution of functions Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders Conduct site visits and client meetings Identify new business opportunities and market segments Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
Proven experience in banquet or event sales within the hospitality industry (preferably in the UAE) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously Strong knowledge of F&B operations and event management Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) UAE experience and local market knowledge preferred
