is responsible for providing high-quality service to guests in all food and beverage outlets. The role ensures smooth operations, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while maintaining company service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve food and beverages efficiently according to service standards.
Set up, clear, and reset tables before and after service.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and utensils.
Support the F&B team during busy periods, including events and banquets.
Take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
Assist in stock control and report shortages to the supervisor.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
