Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Assistant Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional food and beverage service, driving operational excellence, and enhancing guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the F&B Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising daily food and beverage operations.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, sanitation, and health and safety regulations.

- Manage and train F&B staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.

- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing budget and cost controls.

- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction.

- Support marketing and promotional activities to boost F&B revenue.

- Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational issues for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

- Proficient in inventory management and cost control.

- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

- Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
