About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and fashion-forward female sales associates to join our team in Dubai. If you have a passion for fashion, enjoy working with customers, and have at least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service--preferably in the fashion industry--this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized shopping experience
Assist customers in selecting outfits that match their style and preferences
Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
Support visual merchandising and maintain an organized, presentable store
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service roles
Prior experience in fashion retail is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, energetic, and sales-driven personality
