About the Role:
As our Store Manager, you will be the heart of our boutique. You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, leading by example, and ensuring the store achieves its sales targets and brand standards. You will inspire your team to create a welcoming and stylish shopping environment for our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work culture.
• Sales & Business Performance: Drive store sales, achieve and exceed KPIs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Customer Experience: Ensure an unforgettable, personalized shopping experience that builds loyalty and promotes brand advocacy. Handle customer feedback and escalations with grace and professionalism.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual standards that reflect our brand identity and attract customers.
• Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, stock levels, and loss prevention. Ensure all store operations run smoothly and comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
• UAE Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the UAE retail landscape, customer preferences, and seasonal trends to adapt strategies for local success.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Fashion Retail Store Manager.
• UAE Experience: Must have solid experience working in UAE retail stores (experience with GCC/middle east clientele is essential).
• Strong Leadership: Demonstrated ability in team handling, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Sales Acumen: Exceptional sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Skilled in client relationship management (CRM).
• Fashion Passion: A keen eye for fashion trends and a deep understanding of a luxury/service-oriented retail environment.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a significant advantage.
• Availability: Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
