Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fashion Development Manager to join our upcoming luxury fashion brand. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Founder in developing, expanding, and establishing the brand's presence in the market. The Fashion Development Manager will oversee various aspects of the brand's development, including product design, digital marketing, and logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a high-end fashion label from its inception.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Design:

- Collaborate with the Founder and design team to conceptualize and develop new

collections that align with the brand's luxury identity and market positioning.
- Source high-quality materials and work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to

ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
- Manage the product development timeline, ensuring timely delivery of samples and

final products.
- Oversee the production process, working with vendors to ensure consistency in

design, quality, and timely manufacturing.

• Brand Expansion & Strategy:

- Assist the CEO in strategic planning for brand expansion, including identifying market trends, target demographics, and growth opportunities.

- Monitor competitors and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations for brand positioning and differentiation.

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the brand is effectively represented across all retail, e-commerce, and social media channels.

• Digital Marketing & Social Media Oversight:

- Monitor and support digital marketing strategies, including social media management, online advertising, and content creation, to drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Assist in the development and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand values.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and provide reports and insights on campaign effectiveness.

• Logistics & Operations Support:

- Assist with the logistics of product deliveries, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, manufacturers, logistics.

- Work closely with the operations team to manage inventory, warehousing, and distribution to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products.

- Monitor stock levels, coordinate reordering, and manage product allocation across retail and e-commerce platforms.

• Daily Assistance to CEO/Founder:

- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and Founder, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents to support business activities and decision-making.

- Assist in managing brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and press opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Fashion, Business or Marketing required
- Proven experience in fashion development, luxury fashion.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, e-commerce tools, and social media management.
- Experience with logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes is a

plus.

Languages:

- English and Arabic mandatory

- French and/or Italian is a plus

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with luxury brand management and knowledge of high-end fashion industry standards.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

- Creative flair and a deep understanding of brand storytelling and visual identity.
