Job Description
Our company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in Footwear fashion design and exceptional sewing skills. In this role, you will manage our talented team of tailors, oversee production, and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship in our bespoke creations. Responsibilities: - Develop and create unique, innovative Footwear designs . - Produce detailed design illustrations and technical drawings. - Create and adjust patterns to achieve the perfect fit and silhouette. - Manage and guide a team of tailors, overseeing production and ensuring quality control - Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a Footwear Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
