We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Fashion Assistant

to support our fashion operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in fashion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to assist with daily showroom, styling, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily fashion operations, including styling, fittings, and sample management Support designers, stylists, or merchandisers with preparation for shoots, shows, or client appointments Organize and maintain inventory, garments, and accessories Assist with visual merchandising and showroom presentation Coordinate with suppliers, tailors, and logistics partners when required Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, emails, and reports Stay updated on current fashion trends and industry developments
Requirements

Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in fashion retail, showroom, or assistant role is an advantage Strong interest and passion for fashion and styling Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of fashion software is a plus
