About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and client?oriented Farsi?Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join its expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast?paced environment, build strong relationships with Farsi?speaking clients, and contribute to the company's continued growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Farsi?speaking clients throughout the property buying, selling, and leasing process. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism. Maintain up?to?date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including new developments and investment opportunities. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and company?provided channels. Build and maintain long?term client relationships by delivering exceptional service. Prepare and manage all required documentation, contracts, and agreements in line with UAE regulations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes. Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in Farsi and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle. Real estate certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
