Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a fluent Chinese-speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who can effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and investors, offering expert guidance on property transactions and investment opportunities in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

Assist Chinese-speaking clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties Provide tailored advice on market trends, pricing, and investment strategies in Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings and virtual tours, ensuring a high level of customer service Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese investors, developers, and stakeholders Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial procedures Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns for Chinese clientele Stay informed about real estate regulations, project launches, and market developments in the UAE
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and investment landscape Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work with international clients and close high-value deals Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred RERA or equivalent certification is an advantage
