Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate open field and greenhouse staff in day-to-day operations Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, and nutrient management Maintain climate control systems for optimal growing conditions Implement pest and disease management strategies Oversee planting, pruning, harvesting, and post-harvest activities Maintain records on crop performance, labor, and inventory Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Train and motivate team members for improved efficiency and productivity Assist with planning and implementing production schedules
Requirements:
Proven experience in vegetable farming in open field and greenhouse operations Knowledge of plant biology, pest control management, and climate control systems Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment Familiarity with greenhouse technologies and automation systems is a plus Diploma or degree in Agriculture or Crop Science, or related field preferred
Ability to commute/relocate:
Fujairah and Al-Ain : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work in MUST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
