We are seeking an experienced
Farm Supervisor
to lead and develop agricultural operations supporting our healthcare and hospitality projects, ensuring a sustainable local food supply.Key Responsibilities
Oversee farm operations from planning through production. Supervise, train, and mentor farming staff. Implement sustainable practices to maximize yield for hospitals, restaurants, and the local community. Coordinate logistics, procurement, and reporting related to agricultural production.
Candidate Profile
Fluent in English (minimum Level 5). Proven experience in agriculture, farm management, or agri-business. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while coordinating with the wider project team.
