Position Overview

We are looking for a

Dubai-experienced Family Medicine Specialist

who is confident managing a

wide variety of primary care, chronic disease, preventative care, and minor procedures

.
The ideal candidate should be patient-centered, adaptable to a multicultural community, and comfortable working within a

salary + share compensation structure

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive family medicine services to adults, children, and families Manage common acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma) Conduct annual exams, preventive screenings, wellness consultations, and child/adult check-ups Perform minor clinical procedures within DHA scope (e.g., suturing, I&D, wound care, ear syringing, injections) Support women's health and men's health consultations as applicable Coordinate referrals within the clinic (Dermatology, dental, laser, beauty) Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with DHA standards Participate in clinic growth through quality care and patient retention

Requirements

Valid

DHA Specialist Family Medicine License

or Eligibility

Previous work experience in Dubai

is mandatory Broad clinical scope within Family Medicine, including minor procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multicultural patient populations Proficiency in English; knowledge of

Arabic or Hindi/Urdu

is an advantage Comfortable working on a

salary + share model

Strong commitment to patient-centred, ethical care

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in family-oriented communities or mixed expat populations Familiarity with Dubai insurance guidelines and approvals Ability to manage high patient volume while maintaining care quality
