About the Role

We are currently looking for a creative and dynamic Faculty Leader for English, qualified in the UK, to join our team at GEMS Cambridge International School, Dubai for AY 2023-24.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who is excited to join our world-class school and is driven to provide education at an exceptional level. GEMS staff enjoy an outstanding school environment in which to deliver a dynamic and creative curriculum to motivated students.

Successful applicants will have:

• A B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent (PGCE/PGDE must be accompanied by a subject relevant Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree)
• Exceptional subject knowledge
• Experience of working within a high performing teaching team
• Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level or equivalent
• A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching, learning and leadership
• At least 2 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum of England
