Factory/fit Out Operations Manager
Job Description
Coordinate and oversee the Fit out process, ensuring all work adheres to the project specifications and timelines.
Conduct regular site visit to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborates with Architects and designers to interpret drawings and implement design concepts effectively on site.
Manage Subcontractors and suppliers, strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship.
Monitor material usage and inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and effective waste management services.
Document and report progress to senior management ensuring accurate records for future reference and project evaluations
