Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Works Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all factory processes, maintaining high standards of production quality, and adhering to safety regulations. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all factory activities, including production, inventory management, and maintenance. Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols within the facility. Manage a team of factory workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Collaborate with other department heads to optimize production schedules and resource allocation. Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards.
