Job Title: Factory Worker
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Line Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking diligent and reliable Factory Workers to join our production team. The role involves performing various tasks on the production line to ensure the efficient manufacturing of products. Candidates must be physically fit and available to work in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

• Production Line Work: Operate machinery and equipment on the production line as assigned. Assemble products or components, following standard operating procedures.
• Quality Checks: Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Identify and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products. Move items manually or using pallet jacks or other equipment.
• Packaging: Pack finished goods into boxes or containers, preparing them for shipment.
• Workspace Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles. Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Mandatory: Must be currently available in the UAE with a transferable visa.
• No specific educational qualifications required, but a high school certificate is preferred.
• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English or a common language.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
