Operate and monitor production equipment for foam molding, cutting, compression, quilting, and mattress assembly.
Maintain water bottling line machinery including rinsers, fillers, cappers, labelers, and shrink-wrapping systems, blowing machines, ect.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
Perform quality control inspections and make adjustments as needed to meet production standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
Report and document production issues, downtime, and maintenance logs.
Collaborate with production supervisors and quality assurance teams to meet production targets.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for machine efficiency and product quality.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, complying with hygiene and GMP standards (especially for water bottling).
Qualifications & Experience
? High school diploma or technical/vocational certificate in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology.
? Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in foam/mattress manufacturing and/or bottled water production.
? Strong knowledge of production equipment such as foam mixers, block cutters, quilting machines, water filling lines, and conveyors.
? Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, technical diagrams, and SOPs.
? Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
? Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards (ISO, HACCP preferred for bottling).
? Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
? Willing to work shifts and overtime if needed.
Preferred Skills
PLC basics and mechanical/electrical repair experience
Forklift or pallet jack operation
Knowledge of automation systems
Prior experience with mattress spring assembly machines or hot glue operations
