We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Junior Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Sharjah factory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing production teams, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in coatings, and the ability to drive efficiency while meeting production targets. What we're looking for:
