Overview



Support in setting organizational goals, strategies, annual plans, and budgets, and assist in monitoring their execution. Participate in preparing production operational plans and ensure proper coordination and follow-up of their implementation. Assist in planning and supervising maintenance and repair activities to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with quality control teams to support quality improvement initiatives and compliance efforts. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR-related policies, guidelines, and programs. Ensure adherence to management, safety, environmental, and occupational health quality standards. Support planning and coordination related to materials management and warehouse operations.





Job Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering preferred). Basic understanding of procurement and supply processes. Knowledge of quality standards related to management and QHSE. Familiarity with sales processes and cross-department coordination. Strong teamwork and team-building skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
