to assist with the day-to-day operations of our chocolate production line. The ideal candidate must come from the
Food and Beverage industry
, be familiar with food safety standards, and have hands-on experience working in a food production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment used in chocolate making.
Follow standard recipes and instructions to mix, temper, mold, and pack chocolate products.
Assist in maintaining product consistency by adhering to weight, texture, and temperature guidelines.
Conduct visual quality checks and report any product or packaging defects to the supervisor.
Label, sort, and package finished products as per company guidelines.
Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the production area at all times.
Maintain accurate records of raw materials used, batch numbers, and production output.
Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Cooperate with QA/QC teams during inspections and audits.
Support senior staff and participate in any training or upskilling activities provided.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry.
Prior experience in chocolate, confectionery, or dairy products is an added advantage.
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP/GMP).
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and handle repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions:
Factory setting with exposure to food ingredients and production machinery.
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on production schedules.
Temperature-controlled environment; PPE provided by the company.
