Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in plastic molding manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Strong experience with blow molding, injection molding, and related plant machinery.
- Familiarity with packaging standards for lubricants or FMCG will be a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in production management software/ERP.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach with a strong focus on efficiency and quality.
